Ralonda has worked in sales and account management for over 20 years. She currently works for Equifax Workforce Solutions as a strategic business consultant.
She received a B.S. in Consumer Science from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
Ralonda serves on several non-profit boards including Beyond Housing, the Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis, and as board emeritus of The Professional Organization of Women, Inc. Her community mission aligns with one of her favorite quotes “we have been blessed to bless others”.
She also serves as the fundraising chair of the Howard University Alumni-St. Louis club, a member of the National Black MBA Association, an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and her church, Lane Tabernacle CME where she is a recipient of the Strayhorn award and proudly served on the Praise Dance Ministry & as a Young Adult Sunday School Teacher.
Ralonda received the St. Louis Business Journal 40 under 40 Award and the Howard University Alumni Volunteer of the Year Award, both in 2009. She completed the Focus St. Louis- Leadership St. Louis program (2010) and the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellow program (2013). Her hobbies include volunteering, mentoring, networking, traveling, and exercising.
