Dr. Richard D. Harvey
Richard D. Harvey, PhD has over 25+ years of management consulting experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. His areas of expertise include Strategic planning; Diversity, equity, & inclusion; Survey design, administration & analyses; and Program & training evaluation. He is the creator of the internationally known simulation game Oppression Monopoly, which provides a fun but yet impactful learning experience in the systemic nature of oppression. He also holds a double appointment in both the Social Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology programs at Saint Louis University. He conducts and has published research on a variety of topics including Prejudice/Racism, Colorism, Collective Identity, and Performance Evaluation. Finally, he is a recipient of several teaching and mentoring awards.
